Nor may you transmit it or store it on any other Website or another form of electronic retrieval system.


Prêt-à-Porter jewellery
The Prêt-à-Porter Jewellery pieces are electroplated in 24ct. gold. If care is taken, gold plating can last a long time. We advise wearers not to immerse the jewellery into water and to keep the pieces way from moisture and perfume. The jewellery has been coated with acrylic spray to prevent tarnishing. Humidity accelerates tarnishing. Please ensure that you are certain about the Jewellery item/s before purchase as they are non-exchangeable or refundable.


Fine jewellery
The fine jewellery pieces are composed of sterling silver plated 18ct. gold. If care is taken, gold plating can last a long time. We advise wearers not to immerse the jewellery into water and to keep the pieces way from moisture and perfume.

Engraved items are considered as new orders and will have a lead time of 35 days. We will update you regularly about the progress of your order.

Textiles care
Dry cleaning is recommended for all our fabrics unless otherwise stated. For furniture, we recommend spot cleaning.
Colour matching
Due to the nature of fabrics supplied/ digital printing it is not always possible to obtain an exact colour match. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that colours correspond to our samples, slight variations may occur.


Natural stones
Please note variations occur with natural stones, your product may differ slightly from the sample.


Prices do not include carriage freight and insurance and are subject to alteration without notice. For bespoke Furniture orders, full payment is required before commencement of the order.


UK Mainland delivery
We use royal mail signed for delivery services. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We will notify you, if due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery will be longer than this. Please advise if you wish your items to be sent via courier.

Trade customers
We offer trade discounts to Interior designers and companies who require large orders. Please email us with your requirements at info@Tilayo.com 


Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement. A credit note lasting 12 months will be provided for the items. A 20% handling fee, plus any carriage costs, will be deducted from the credit. Tilayo Ltd will not accept returns if invoices are dated over 30 days. Jewellery, Special order merchandise is non-returnable, non-cancelable, and non-refundable. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged by the customer is non-returnable. Variations may occur with our products, however, any item that has manufacturing defects will be exchanged at any time.


Back orders
As Tilayo offers a bespoke service, some products are not stocked. Our lead-time is generally 45 days. While Tilayo Ltd. makes every effort to meet orders, this may not always be possible due to manufacturing issues. In the event that we are unable to satisfy an order on time, we will make every attempt to notify you and ship the items as soon as possible. Any time frames provided are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
